To access the picker application, log into https://picker.kafoodle.com/ using your credentials created for you by your administrator. You will be prompted to create a new password.
Your user may have access to multiple departments and wards within a department. Use the dropdown to select which department and ward to view.
All orders for today’s date will be listed on this page. Tap the arrow on the right of an order to view a summary.
To view a full description and notes for this order, as well as to mark an order as In Progress, select the order line.
Setting an order to In Progress will change its status on the host app and indicate that you have prepared the order for delivery.
An aggregated summary by dish can be viewed by selecting View by Dishes tab. You can also apply Department, Ward, Bed, Status, and Meal Service filters to tailor the view.
If your business is using the stock functionality, you can track and amend stock using the picker screen.
To view and edit stock levels, select stock on the right of your screen.
All recipe items will be listed on this page.
To edit the actual stock, select edit.
Amend the actual stock levels for the appropriate recipes and select save.
The theoretical stock levels for those recipes will now be updated to match the actual stock, and will change according to orders placed until the next time you update the actual stock level for this item.
